Test Output Documentation and Examples

The test reports produced by hatatap depend on how much information the script produces. This can be controlled when the script is generated. The script can give a complete account of the links and forms that it traverses, together with timings and response codes. Alternatively it will only produce information about errors and the timings for complete iterations.
